PENTAMETERS THEATRE

 was founded by Léonie Scott-Matthews in 1968 and is now celebrating it's 41st year. During this time the theatre has presented a continuous programme of poetry and drama, classics and new writing and has helped to launch the careers of many, now well known, performers and writers. In 2008, in association with Harry Meacher, she formed a traditional repertory company to produce a series of classic plays.
